BASWA acoustics is a young and dynamic company with international appeal. It was founded in 1991 by Hans “Jeannot” Sulzer. From the outset, the company's goal was to manufacture and market innovative acoustic products. As a tireless and determined entrepreneur and pioneer with a high level of technical talent, Hans Sulzer invented and developed the BASWA acoustic system. It was clear to him from the start that BASWA would bring more efficient solutions to known problems in an innovative and unconventional way.

For over 40 years, Sto Ltd. has become one of the leading system designers for external wall insulation systems and has seen the product range grow from the renowned StoTherm Classic system with Sto plaster finish to a wide portfolio of different façade systems and material options to offer true design freedom. Sto Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sto SE & Co. KGa, an international manufacturer of products and systems for cladding buildings.
